We prefer a 50% non-refundable deposit (dates can be changed with 30 day notice), minimum 3 hours rental and we offer the 5th hour FREE! We will match or beat any competitors written quote for the same date, time and limousine style. Minimum non refundable deposit of 50% is due at time of reservation and the balance due 10 days prior to event.

We rented the 90 inch stretch Lincoln Towncar for a birthday dinner trip to Buckhead. The renting process was quite simple and we were very satisfied with our driver Rodney. He was on time, courteous and have no complaints at all about him.
We were however quite disappointed in the vehicle. It is definitely not at all what you would expect when hiring a professional car service.
It did not feel maintained. It wasn't "dirty" per say but it definitely was not spotless and ready to impress. The handle you grab onto when getting in the car was broken and dangling down. Windows don

Driver was late to pick up and then late again to collect our clients from their event. When he arrived back at the pickup location he went to several of our clients demanding cash for a time overage instead of contacting the contact indicated on the paperwork provided. I paid him cash because he refused to charge the card on file and then he refused to provide a receipt. When I contacted the office about it later they made no effort to rectify the situation and stated that the policy was clear that cash was required for overages and that our office had provided multiple contacts making it confusing

This company provided limo service to and from the airport for my elderly parents and brother-in-law and stretch limo service for the bride and groom to and from the church. Every driver was extremely polite and prompt. I also found their charges to be very modest, especially given how expensive limousines are in the metro-Atlanta area. I highly recommend Avalon!
