Horrible. Stored chemical box which had HUGE red arrow and Exclaimer on it upside down and chemical leaked everywhere on first shipment. Gave him the benefit of doubt...big mistake. Refused to give invoices for the following many shipments, after asking repeatedly and then overbilled. Had to dispute charges which took 2 months to recoup. I was then told no invoices and cash payment only. Do yourself a favor and use anyone but this company. The owner is extremely unprofessional. I've used many of these type companies over the years and Jim really surprised me with how he runs his business: avoid

We are a Canadian company, that has contracted with Diversified Shipping for over 4 years for their "Pick and Pack" Fulfillment service. We have had excellent service with very reasonable rates.
They are very flexible and were willing to accommodate our special shipping requests. We can phone them any time to make to make adjustment to any order. We feel that they are part of our family business. Diversified Shipping has not make any mistakes and our business has tripled since we stated with them.

If you say that you were serviced by a man last time to a female worker, that say that you discriminate them. What should you say? that your were serviced by a creature and had no problem? Nonsense.
Unfriendly and not professional services. However, we had no problem a few years in the row. Until now.

I have been using Diversified Shipping Services in Blaine, WA. since they opened their facility several years ago with great success for both my inbound and outbound shipments.
Their staff are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. When my inbound shipments arrive they always send me a notification with the carrier’s tracking number, the number of pieces and the weight. On my outbound shipments they always give me the carrier’s tracking number.
