The insurance agent Craig removed my daughter from a prepaid auto plan without notifying her first at the request of now ex-husband. Once she realized she was no longer insured through the DMV. Craig stated he didn't have her phone number. No sorry. No apology. She said he was condescending and never followed up with her as promised the next day to go over her new plan.
Needless to say she's looking to take her business elsewhere and calling the department of insurance to report him.

I wanted to get a quote from a local independent insurance agency to see if I could save some money on my auto and renters insurance. I spoke with Lauren at Insurance Center, and she got me a quote right away, which turned out to be $109/mo less than what we were paying at Allstate with the same coverage. I am so happy I found Lauren, and Insurance Center!
