Worst company possible to work with. As a qualified borrower, ive had a an appraisal which confirmed value, plus a quoted clear to close for over 35 days. Still no confirmation of a final closing date. Despite daily check in's for a status update on closing, there is zero clarity. So much so their reps are taking my loan somewhere else out of frustration with their internal staff!
Ive been investing into real estate for the past 12 years full time. This is simply no excuse. FYI my loan on a simple refinance has been with this group for nearly 90 days.
If you can wait 120 day + for a closing maybe
