Indy Spine and Rehab is a rehabilitation facility founded on the principle that every injury, just like every patient, is unique and deserves specialized attention. Mainstream healthcare often fails to address individual needs and goals of the patient leading to wasted expenses, frustration and delayed improvement.
Our care sets us apart by identifying the patient's needs and concerns with our doctors working with them to reach their goals in the shortest amount of time. We strive to not only get the patient out of pain as quickly as possible but we educate our patients about their condition and offer exercise and self-treatment strategies for them to better manage their condition in the future.

Services
In the recent years research has revealed that the traditional approach to treating musculoskeletal pain may not be the best, in fact it can often prolong recovery and install fear of activities and disability in the patient. We rely on conveying the most up to date medical literature science has to offer to our patients.
Please call to schedule an appointment. We are by appointment only. You can also use the "contact us" link, but please know the best way to reach us is to call 318-817-9900 for Carmel office or 765-564-1900 for Delphi office. I’ve been seeing Dr. Watters at Indy Spine & Rehab for over a year now, and what a guy!
Not only is he just the absolute nicest, he also really knows his stuff. He is extremely patient (and even playful) as I ask 100 questions every time I see him. He offers great advice, and does a great job on helping me be pain free!
I don’t really have any injuries, I just go to him for tune-ups and the occasional tweaks from working out and CrossFit. His athletic background comes in super handy. He really knows his stuff. And he is so passionate about his craft and his patients.
Highly recommend.

I was signed up for the Monumental Half
Marathon and could only run 4-5 miles because the pain in my backside was to a point that I couldn’t run through. I had put off seeking treatment and was afraid my running days were coming to an end but, before I retired my running shoes, I decided to make an appt. with Brian. He came highly recommended and, after doing some research, I decided he would be the best person to get me back to doing what I enjoy. He is amazing and did not disappoint. I had 3 sessions prior to the race and, not only was I able to run the entire 13.1 miles that I was way under

I’ve never had serious back issues before and after multiple visits to a physical therapist and chiropractor, a friend recommended Indy Spine with Brian. I saw him bi-weekly for about two months. I appreciated his specific yet challenging plan for me and I liked his active recovery approach. I would recommend seeing him for any back issues especially if you’re an active athlete looking to return to sport ASAP.

Brian and team at Indy Spine & Rehab are fantastic. I don’t get injured often, but when I do, Brian is the first person I consult with. I’ve had 3 sports related calf injuries in the past 4 years and every time Brian has helped me get back to form quickly. Their office staff is also friendly and helpful.
