Had a huge leak from are main waste pipe. Contacted the company and spoke to Doug. he immediately responded and was at my house with another co worker in less then half hour was early and punctual did an amazing job explaining what they would do to help. was very professional and suggested amazing things to do in the mean time. Very professional, competent and courteous sum up my experience with this company; I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! Days after my father’s passing we suffered a torrential rain storm that left my mother’s basement flooded. Obviously this was not a great time for my mother. I was able to get a wet-vac to remove some of the water. The carpet was soaked with a few inches of water on top. I reached out to this Company on Labor Day at 7AM following a tragic family event that took place at home. I received a call back from the Owner, Doug, within a half hour.
I will forever be grateful for his kindness and gentle demeanor in the very difficult conversation we had to have. He understood my needs and concerns and set up an immediate appointment for me. He also stayed in constant communication with me every step of the way.

The people in the office, the owner and the front liners were super nice and helpful. They packed and labeled everything with great detail. ITS is an outstanding company! I couldn't ask for better service at a hectic time! Doug came out to give us a free estimate the next morning after I called in the evening and spoke to him (when I wasn't even expecting anyone to answer at that hour) and was right on time. ITS Environmental is TERRIFIC!! Our refrigerator leaked causing mold and warping of the wood floors in our kitchen. The insurance adjuster referred us to ITS Environmental to assess and mitigate the mold conditions and we are so glad that we used them. WOW WOW WOW. Words cannot express how satisfied I am with ITS. From the beginning, I had been in contact with Doug (owner/president). He was kind, courteous and more than accommodating. On short notice he was able to get some of his staff to come disinfect two, two story homes in relation to COVID. Called to handle an extremely sensitive and emotional situation he was kind and truly cared for the family and friends effected by the tragedy. The team was professional and respectful. This is an amazing company. We started renovating our firehouse and found mold behind the wall paper. Andy and Doug came to look at our problem and give us a quote. These two men we very courteous and professional. They were awarded the job and were on site for a week. The entire time they were always here early to start and the workers were polite and respectful. They did an exceptional job removing the problem areas and removing all the infected material.
