Amazing service quick turnaround And extremely well mannered I had my ring sized and clean and it took less than 24 hours, I have had this service done twice before in other big name jewellery stores and had for less quality work service and experience overall this is a great place to do any jewellery work

I lost a diamond from my wedding ring and took it into Kevin and he knew just how to replace the diamond and repair my ring so I wouldn't lose any of the other stones. It looks great! I'm so pleased that we have such professionals locally. Thank you Kevin and Karen.

Karen and Kevin always take the time to make sure you are happy with your item. We had my husbands wedding ring remade after it was lost and it matched perfectly to the original and all we had was memory and few photos to go off of and appraisal that Kevin had done. Great service and we will always be great full!

Wonderful shop. Been in several times. I bent my ring punching heavy bag at big 5. Lol. But I called after hours an left a message. I got a call back the next morning. They fixed my ring and cleaned it. Looks better then it did when I bought it. And very reasonable prices she did not even charge me. I have also had them cut a ring off my finger very nice job good price too.

Extremely shoddy workmanship!..after doing a terrible job on 3 out of 5 pieces i brought in he charged me a ridiculously high amount for the repairs..silver color pin in a gold brooch clasp?..silver tone hook on a copper bracelet?..clasp on a bracelet that wouldn't stay closed? watch battery he forgot to put in? what on earth was he thinking? he did give me a refund but i feel an acknowledgement and apology would have been appropriate as well..

This is where I bought the engagement ring for my wife at the beginning of 2008. These guys were fantastic with really friendly, helpful service. This summer, we went in for the complementary cleaning and got great service on that visit as well.
What really pushed these guys up and over was when my wife ordered a bracelet from them over the phone for our daughter's tenth birthday. She called it in and the package was sent out that day. We got it the very next afternoon and we even got a phone call from them telling us that it was sent out.
