Excellent job! Took out all the dark spots where we walk the most.
Started the job at 1pm and finished quickly. Carpets completely dry by 5pm. Don't waste your time or money renting a rug doctor. We've tried that before. All it did was soak the carpets and remove the lighter staining. We will always use this company going forward.

I had Chem dry come out and clean my carpet, sofa and love seat. unfortunately, they cut corners -- when the man left I saw that he didn't even clean the back of my sofa. The carpet smells like wet dog and when I called the OWNER was not willing to remedy the problem at all nor was he at all apologetic for not cleaning the back of my sofa. He did offer to come and finish the job in a very sarcastic tone... I honestly cannot believe that $130.00 later my house smells worse than before and I am left with a partially completed job. DONT USE THIS COMPANY! when owners are this rude and cut corners
