Been a customer several years and if you don't have thousands in your savings or an 800 + credit score forget getting a loan at a decent interest rate. I applied for a car loan and the rate they offered me as a customer of 7 years was unreal and Wells Fargo approved me for a way better rate and I've never even had an account with them.

Overall good bank but the higher ups Schwan and another lady Jodi were very rude to me and keep talking down to me like I'm a child I have a personal and a business account there currently that I'm trying to close and they are giving me a very hard time about it and being very rude they will not answer my questions and I was told they dont have time for me and are not going to explain anything to me because I'm just wasting their time!!!! Very disappointed

After two years we are closing our checking and savings accounts. I have reached my limit this morning as CoVantage is suspending their lobby access again!!! I will be moving my accounts to Chase as they remained open this entire fear demi and are willing to support their customers.. I will not support a company who supports fear and adding strain to our states recovery.

I'm extremely impressed with the amazing customer service from this location. I've worked with Lisa who is a Service Specialist and the rapid response I constantly receive is unheard of in business these days.
