I am so happy and relieved I found these guys at Golden Solar. I have a custom off grid set up in the mountains and (after 12 years) my batteries failed. Within 30 minutes of chatting with Kaleb I had an outline of my options, a back of an envelope quote and a good idea of time frame for replacement batteries. I got the formal proposal the same day, decided my way forward and within a week I was back up and running at a cost less than I had expected. Excellent service. AND they came all the way up my mountain to do the installation. Couldn't recommend them more. They will be my go-to guys

Ten years ago, Golden Solar installed my solar system and did an outstanding job so i wrote a very positive review.
HOWEVER, some years ago, it was sold to a new owner who is running the company into the ground by price gouging and a very arrogant attitude. I recently needed my panels removed to re-roof my home and their price was by far the highest.
And they demanded 50% down on a job that was all labor, no new job materials. When I asked why so high, the manager said "That's the going rate." Not true! AND he demanded 50% down on an all labor no new materials job. Tom

DO NOT USE GOLDEN SOLAR!!
I had Golden Solar out to reinstall my solar system after a new roof install. All seemed fine until I had a ground fault a few years later. I had another company out to take a look and they stated that the people who installed (Golden) didn't do it right. I was shown several pictures of shotty workmanship. There were pictures of wiring strewn across my roof - not bundled up and tucked under anything. There was a picture of an electrical box full of water with seemingly no weatherproofing or flashing. The tech couldn't even get more than 3 panels off due
