Services
To understand the quality and durability of ceramic and porcelain tiles we are able to turn to both the (ANSI) "American National Standards Institute", as well as the (ASTM) "American Society For Testing Materials", which provide the testing procedures and standard values for tiles. One method for classifying ceramic tile is by the percent of water absorption as measured by this test.

Most amazing and helpful phone call to a tile warehouse or store of any kind , I called to ask if they stocked a certain brand of tile that I'm having such a hard time finding , and the very knowledgeable guy that answered told me that they're their competitors and they wouldn't carry it , and he still went out of his way to inform me how I could locate it , all this right before closing time. If this is how helpful they are when they already know they're not going to make a profit from you, imagine how well they will take care of you in person , amazing !!!

Remodeling Master Bath and needed to pick out tile. First stop was California Wholesale Tile. Mario was extremely helpful and explained all of the different options, designs,and finishing touches. I learned a lot. I felt no pressure from Mario. I found what I liked and didn't have to go anywhere else! I will be going back when we are ready for other projects.

After many days of searching for the right white tile to use for my backsplash I discovered this place! With the help of Tiffany I chose Thassos Polished White Marble at such a reasonable price. She helped me through the process and her customers service is point on. Everyone there at California Tile was super nice and knowledgeable in helping with my remodeling needs.

I've been dealing with California Wholesale Tile for almost 20 years, their great!
. To be honest, I only buy my tile from them. Always a good selection of tile. The staff is always willing to help with all my tile needs plus they're a good team.

I emailed about the Travertine tile floor and quantity I wanted, made an appointment to purchase the tile and when I arrived...Anthony did not have the tile I requested in stock. I had to purchase it from him and pick it up from another vendor. I gave them three stars for emailing back, but should have told me when they would have had it in stock...so I did not have to run around town.

This company is awesome! The quality of tile and selection is amazing. The salespeople are GREAT! They listen to the customer and take the time to show all options and help with coordinating colors. I'm a repeat customer because Mario and Edgar have gone above and beyond in helping me make all three of my bathrooms absolutely beautiful and to match the countertops in two of my bathrooms wonderfully! In reading some of these comments, I would say many of these people were lucky! Over the years, we have made several purchases from Ca whsle. Tile, so naturally we went back. I do not know what happened to their customer service, but it was non existent! Not even so much as a hello, much less actually getting assistance..I will never go back!

Redoing my fireplace and went in to buy a prefab quartz or granite slab piece. Tiffany helped through the process and it was a breeze. They don't have actual slabs in stock and I had to drive over to their distro store (a separate wholesaler) but it wasn't too far. I think that's how most of these businesses operate in the area. When I went to the distro/wholesaler, I got to see the actual slabs and they even gave me samples for two different slabs to try out at home. Tiffany was awesome and made it extremely easy. Didn't even bother going to another store for a second

I love this place! The offer the best customer service and the selection is awesome. Mario really helped us pick out a great tile and gave us advice on colors to match our decor. They make everything easy too! Prices are very competitive and Ricardo, who was recommended by Mario, installed the floors and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend him also.

Checking out Tile Row in Anaheim, this is one of the few that are open Sundays which is a bonus, but also one of the more pricey options.
Also not a huge fan of the service, we were in here for quite some time and not one sales person approached us.
I would have had some questions, but they are understaffed on weekends, so we passed and went on to the next store.

I was shopping around for a certain type of tile to remodel our shower. I ran into Anthony as I scanned the store quickly to move on to the next store. He gave me options instead of just saying 'we don't carry this type of tile. He seemed very knowledgable and sincere. I got a good deal on the and the quality was better than the tile we used previously.

I had a great experience here! I dealt completely with Anthony Voss. He is patient, knew his tile and inventory. He made suggestions to save us money and was spot on figuring out how much tile we needed for our project.
He called us to let us know our order was ready to be picked up. I did not have to call them. When I received my order it was well packed and wrapped just as I would want it done if I had to do it myself since travertine is pretty delicate stuff..
This was a straight forward no BS pleasant purchase & Anthony done a great job!
