This man represented me in 2007 and took full advantage of my family. Pled guilty to a charge no trial and it cost my family $30,000 for his services. Predatory attorney? I would say so in my opinion. To make matters worse the man insisted that all would be fine and my charge will be eligible to be expunged after 3 years and recommended to accept the plea. This turned out to be not true at all. Now I have a family. I am married and have a child. I have done my part since my mistake to better myself through behavioral therapy etc. Unfortunately, I’m still being punished to this day for a mistake

Has represented me in 2010 , 2017 and is the best hands down .after hiring Mr Martin I honestly knew I would be able to sleep a and I would be OK I was looking at 50 years in all, Mr Martin got me less then a year I had serious crimes that I honestly though I was going away along time. I actually hired a attorney on the same case before knowing about Mr Martin and that attorney kept saying I'm looking at 10 years and that was the best deal she could get me well of course I panicked, ,my life was about to be ruined completely. I retained Attorney Morgan Martin, with the presumption he would do his best, on reference from another lawyer, His price was outrageous, and once he got paid, did nothing to investigate, to aid my defense, I was extremely disappointed, and looked for other lawyers, they were charging much less. And in the end, I served time and he plead the case out.
