Dr. Darren R. Hart was born and raised in Atascadero and received his education at Atascadero High School, Cal Poly and Palmer College of Chiropractic. He was inspired to become a chiropractor after a lifesaving chiropractic adjustment as a young child. He has been practicing in Atascadero for over 25 years.
Our Atascadero chiropractor, Dr. Darren, makes it a point when he travels to find opportunities to give back to the communities he visits. He does this by introducing others to the health benefits of chiropractic, and has delivered over a hundred chiropractic adjustments to adults and children alike.
I have had chronic pain in my lower back. I had seen two other DC's before I came to Hart Family Chiropractic, but never felt I was being "cared for" but just given treatment without rhyme or reason. Since coming to Hart Family Chiropractic for about four months I began to notice that I could play golf and racquetball without either being in pain during or after the exercise.
No we don't. You don't have to be in an accident or personal injury, but if you are, we can treat you too. Don't take too long after your accident to begin treatment. We always say, Treat today. Don't delay. If you delay your treatment more than even a few weeks, it could affect your care, and your case.

Great, gentle chiropractics for all. I first brought my two-year old son to the office for corrective care, then near the end of my pregnancy, I started for lower back pain. Once I had my baby, I brought her in for an adjustment, and her reflux issues cleared up! I highly recommend this office. Very family friendly, calm environment with fun background music. If we hadn't moved out if state, I would still be going!!

I started to see Dr. Hart after I was injured in a auto collision. I was in pretty bad shape both physically and mentally.
The pain was was taking a toll and was affecting me personally and at work. I was not able to fully enjoy my hobby because the pain and discomfort limited me to only 15 minutes before I had to step away. I had difficulty staying focused at work because of the pain.
Thanks to Dr. Hart's efforts that has changed. I am now able to fully enjoy my hobby (which serves as my stress reliever), it has helped me in being able to perform my duties without the pain to distract me.

I have been seeing Dr Hart for over 10 years. He is the BEST chiropractor in Atascadero and all of San Luis Obispo county! I have total confidence in his abilities as a chiropractor and a holistic healer. I see him to maintain overall wellness and when I have a specific injury. He’s adjusted me during pregnancy and he’s even adjusted my newborn baby multiple times! So awesome that he works with the whole family! I highly recommend him! Also, his office staff are super friendly and efficient.
