Septic Systems are an important sewage/wastewater treatment option for homeowners in South Carolina. There are more than 1,000,000 onsite sewage disposal systems currently being used in South Carolina. Local health departments issue thousands of permits per year for new systems. In any given year as much as 10% of septic systems will experience a failure.
RV parks commonly rely on septic systems to handle all of the effluent and waste water created by both long-term tenants and short-term weekend campers. With each RV stall usually having it's own sewer hook ups, and the average RV holding tank being 35-80 gallons or larger, you can see how quickly the sewage can build up within the system.

Holding tanks are just containment systems for sewage, or other wastewater and non-hazardous liquids. Unlike a septic system that actually breaks down the waste and disperses it into a drain field, a holding tank does just that, holds the wastewater. When a holding tank is full it must be emptied immediately.

We have never had a septic system before so when we needed routine maintenance we needed to rely on reviews from others to get a recommendation for service. Prime Septic was great. When we called to get some information about pumping a septic tank the owner answered the call and educated me on the process. He was able to get us on the schedule with next day service. The serviceman-Zachary arrived on time, was very professional, respected our property and answered any further questions we had. Prime Septic was very reasonably priced compared to others places we called. We would highly recommend

Came out because I had a problem that I thought was septic. They advised they could pump it, but it wasn't necessary since it was a plumbing issue. I truly appreciate their responsiveness, their courtesy, and their honesty. They even recommended an excellent plumber since I did not know one. I highly recommend Prime Septic.

Prime Septic was willing to help when no one else would! I had a problem with my lift station and they talked me through the steps to fix the problem over the phone! They did this to save me money when no one else would help. They also pumped my tank the next day and were very professional and courteous. We had a septic tank that was full and needed attention. Was able to get a hold of Prime Septic. They were early for the scheduled appointment. Levi and Cody were very professional.
