This recent visit was for basic service but I was given additional information on my vehicles needs for future service so I can plan ahead. I am so grateful to have found this place. It is so hard to trust anyone when it comes to any automobile/vehicle services-but these guys have been honest and especially accommodating with me. I've been a difficult customer for the guy upstairs always late n needy and I have still been treated so well

Had the rhino liner installed at this company through my Ford dealer. Had over spray on the rear quarter panel, tail gate latches were not lined up properly and a big gouge on the rear bumper. I could fix everything myself except the bumper but should not have to. Should of received the vehicle back in the same condition it was in when dropped off. Rhino liner was good but seems they rushed and caused the other problems.

Pulled a bait and switch on me, gave me a price for a radiator job and when the job was done they told me they made a mistake on the price and had to pay another $100 out of pocket. Outside of vehicle was a mess and could see where the mechanic spilled something on the front of the vehicle and under the hood and left greasy fingerprints all over the place. For $600 to have radiator replaced on a jeep, was overpriced and left a messed. Mechanic also damaged vehicle by breaking radiator cowl and did something to the hood, so now it doesn't close right, STAY AWAY!! Service was attitude filled
