Mr Pavers

My new pathway/front porch is gorgeous. Mr. Pavers team was professional, easy to work with, and even very welcoming to me when I asked them to tweak the design a bit as they were in the process of laying it out. No eye rolling or making me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about.

I chose Mr. Pavers in the first place because they had a lower minimum than any other companies I called. My project was smaller than everyone else's minimum square footage, and I couldn't afford the $10,000+ minimums. Mr. Pavers made it possible for me to do the project with a reputable

I wish I could give Mr Pavers a good review. Everything started out good. Price was good, the sales person John was a great guy and they were able to start the job early. And even though they had to come back out to redo the stairs, they actually did a good and professional job. Where the problems came in was after the job was done.

We consulted with a lot of paver companies before deciding on Mr Pavers. We choose them because they are a small local company that specializes in this work and does it well. We checked out some of their projects before committing and we were impressed by their work. Our sales professional John was great from the start offering suggestions that made sense that we had not thought of before. He along with the owner met at our house at the start of the project to discuss the details with their team and they checked on their progress regularly. Mr Pavers has completed the work on our driveway. The work is excellent and was done in 2 1/2 days. Amazing. I told them that they had to be finished by Friday because our neighbors were having an outdoor party on Saturday. They finished around 3pm on Thursday and cleaned up after themselves and also power washed the street. The owner came out before the job started and made sure I was happy and marked off the area himself. Could not recommend them more highly. If you are interested in pavers- do yourself a favor and get a quote from Mr. Pavers.

I had a great experience with Mr. Pavers. They replaced my old driveway with pavers. They were punctual, friendly, and professional. I only took about 3 days, including demolition.

The good
The price was very good and the quality of work was mostly good.

The bad
Their communication was bad. Text messages and phone calls would sometimes be ignored.
Specific requests will be promised but not communicated to the workers. I had to tell a different person every day and they were not aware of my special requests
Porta potty was not removed from our driveway for a month despite multiple requests every week for them to remove it
Color of grout was not matched at all

I called the Mr.Pavers and they instantly responded and set up the estimation. Cal Dreyer, design consultant showed up next morning on May 17th Monday and promised the estimation end of the week.
Since then I texted him and left message as well as I called the office and left a message for the estimation and no response so far.
I am not sure how they are doing a business without any communication with customers.
Very disappointed their professionalism and not responsive.

Mr Pavers have been great. Super responsive in all our communications, and the most reasonable in pricing out of all the quotes we received. I worked with Kevin Kenny, and he even helped flag down a demo crew for me, which saved thousands off of the job. The crew was super fast, and took great pride in their workmanship. They made sure that everything looked as good as it can, and double/triple checked the plans with me before each step. They even made helpful suggestions and answered any questions I had. To top it all off, after they were done, another contractor had damaged on of the paver stones

I hired Mr. Pavers to install pavers for both my driveway and backyard. Work started in August 2020. Communication was good during the presale. I have a large gazebo in the backyard that is tricky to move since it is placed slightly under the overhang of my house. The salesman mentioned the pavers could be built around the gazebo temporarily, then moved on to the new pavers after the install. I also have 2 Rubbermaid sheds in the backyard that I was assured could just be moved to the side, while another side was worked on. At the time of this review our massive paving project has been complete for approx 3 months.

It should also be noted that I've attempted to contact Mr. Pavers directly via phone and email, as well as texting our sales rep to have the following issues addressed. I've heard nothing from anyone on their team.

In short: I would not recommend the work from Mr. Pavers and find it highly unprofessional the way they ghosted me once the job was completed.

Sandy T. was great and set expectations from the get-go. Pricing was extremely competitive compared to others that I spoke to. The work was originally scheduled for the end of January but because of the on-coming inclimate weather, they moved our job a week. They got the job done in 3 working days. The exceeded my expectations with getting the job done and how well it turned out.

I will also note that I threw in a couple of change-orders once construction started and they were able to meet those needs and were still competitive in pricing to the others I spoke with.

Out standing job in quality and workmanship. They installed a new side, patio, house step and planter, all in about one week. During this time they; removed the old concrete and brick, re-routed and added drains, rerouted the sprinkler system, laid the new brick and build the new planter. They even filled in the gaps in the planter with new soil.
Only a minor item was a lack of visibility in what the next steps were during the process. When working with this vendor it is best to paint the image of what you want and then stay out of their way and let there expertise drive the final product.

The job that was done recently at my mother's home was amazing and so beautiful. It was done with ease, no problems and the crew was very efficient, knowledgeable and very kind to my family. Roger and Leo were on top of it and my hat (if I had one) goes off to Cal, who estimated the job and was so thoughtful and honest about the work that was ahead. The work was done in no time, we had pavers laid down and a retaining wall put up. I don't want to forget the demolition crew which were very clean and professional. I can't say enough about this company and after a few estimates, they were very reasonable

Overall, we had a very good experience with Mr. Pavers. Knowledgeable sales staff, extremely competitive pricing, and a hands on owner who ensures the client is getting what they want.
I debated 4 stars, based on the lack of note taking, over commitments, and no follow up from salesperson. It also taught us how we can be better clients, with making sure we're documenting everything, but in the end, it was such a small factor to a very large project.

They were faster than proposed, very efficient, clean, and completed “details” that we did not even consider. Lots of small “extras”. Wonderful. I would highly recommend. They were cheaper than the competes too. We got 5 different bids.

Good group of workers that did an excellent job! Neighbors have complimented on the beauty of our driveway and front walk!

Awesome crew! Always on time, cleaned up after the end of the day and will fix anything to your liking and always with smiles. I ended up with an even better design thanks to the lead paver specialist’s suggestions. They show they care very much. Kevin was great to work with and made my vision come to life! The owner was really nice and ensured I was satisfied with the work. I would definitely hire them again without question. Don’t go anywhere else! They stayed within my budget and was reasonable!
