My Husband and I have always had our home secured, we were told about LA Alarms and fell in love. Great customer service, fast and neat installation. 5 Stars is by far not enough! La Alarms is a phenomenal alarm company that I proudly recommend to all my family, friends, and clients. The technology they provide is top notch and their customer service team amazing.
I called on Wednesday to inquiry about an alarm system and Justin, one of their sales reps was nice enough to meet me at my house after work at 6:15pm. He arrived promptly and was extremely professional and knowledgeable and had me set for install the very next day. Again, I couldn't be there until after work and they again worked around my schedule.

LA alarms has been an overall good service, though the seller was not upfront with me about the prices and that it was a loan for $5200.
I was later informed the price was for equipment. The equipment is not completely reliable but the quality and review the the footage is spectacular once reviewed. I would note every time I requested a service on my equipment they were readily available.

My experience has not been a good experience, however, I respect that others may disagree. I think there is a lack of communication throughout their business. There were several times I missed work for an appointment with LA Alarms, only for them to either be a) late or b) unequipped to handle the reason they came in the first place. I do think their staff is very nice and I hope others have better luck with this company.

•La Alarms HORRIBLE camera install. Wires exposed, easy access for someone to cut. Multiple holes drilled everywhere!
***PLEASE READ AND BE AWARE of this horrible alarm/security dealer. Their sales rep randomly… came out to my home and knocked on my door, as i was busy moving my furniture into my home, which i did not mind. I was introduced to their main alarm system with alert 360. Knowing I wouldn't have WIFI in a brand new house until the next week, they scheduled one of their techs to come out and install 1 little control panel until everything else is ready to be installed the
