KIKO Auctioneers is a 4th generation company founded in 1945 by Russ Kiko Sr. Russ began conducting auctions on the family farm with help from his wife, Coletta, and their 13 children. Seeing himself as a pioneer in the auction industry, Russ selected a covered wagon as the company logo. Today, the KIKO wagon has become a well-recognized brand representing auction excellence.

Six of Russ' sons - Dick Sr., Jim, Tom, Joe, Gene, Russ Jr., John - his son-in-law Lennie, his brother-in-law Bill Gill and nephews Dan, Jim and Bill became licensed auctioneers and worked under his guidance for many years. At that time, they specialized in auctions only. Dick Kiko Sr. saw this as a lost opportunity.

I would give zero stars if I could. Do not have anything to do with this company - Kiko Auctions. Recently, I went to pick up some items of furniture I had bought at auction. The property, house (100 years old and in disrepair), and household goods had been auctioned off. I was struggling to move a very heavy, bulky piece that I had purchased, and in the process accidentally caused a small scratch in the old wood flooring (which was riddled with numerous marks/scratches and in overall disrepair). An auctioneer, Pete Kiko, came by and asked whose credit card he should charge for the repair

I hope this helps. I have been around these guys in 1way or another. From selling people's stuff, they help and get the most money for you. As for being a buyer at the auctions, they was easy to keep up with and I always had fun participating. Thanks guys

They put plants online to sell I bought them. By the time they aloud people to come get there plants, they were dead because they didn't water the plants not once for the customers. How can you sell plants and let them die before I'm aloud to pick it up.. more of my money wasted do to negligence

My only complaint is not being able to easily view the auction process and whether or not the property was sold

Really fun auctions. Fair prices and very entertaining. Attending a auction with Kiko is an experience that should not be missed. You never know what you are going to find!

Honesty and integrity are the most important things especially when buying high-end equipment and real estate. Kiko has the best family values and integrity to keep people coming generation after generation like our family

It sure feels like Kikos is getting sloppy in their advertising. I'm interested in two properties that will be auctioned next week.
The sign in front of the property, the Mls and zillow all gave two open house dates. A number of us showed up for the first date, only to be told that showing had been canceled.
The second property, located 2 1/2 hours away has no viewing date, just 1/2 hour before the auction. Thinking that has to be a mistake, I have called, left messages, including through the website, but no one has returned my call.
I would hate to be the property owner, depending on them to

Went to an auction. To say they didn’t do their job is an understatement. Couldn’t close right away because they decided to hold an auction for a property that the heirs had a claim on. Then when we finally closed they failed to send us all the leases and failed to accurately account for all security deposits and months rents paid. As it stands we are owed over $1000 on rents that they didn’t transfer to us. My calls to Kiko were either ignored or I was passed on to someone else. They handed up a bag full of keys and almost none of them worked. We actually weren’t even given the key to

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Tait helped us find our dream home after about a year of searching. She has always been there to answer any questions and available at our request to show us anything we wanted to see. So knowledgeable and really took the time to learn about our wants and needs. Highly recommend her for any buying or selling needs!

Our family (8 owners) was disposing of two parcels of land. A trusted friend gave me the name of Sara McIntosh and suggested she be consulted. Through her work, we were able to sell the property at an exceptional price. She made sure everything (all the documents from each party) was in place and that our party was prepared for the sale. We were kept informed every step of the way during the process. I was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy extended to us and would definitely use Sara McIntosh and Kiko Auctioneers again. They did a great job! Thank you!

Kiko auctioned all the household items from my moms estate . When the auction was over they told me I owed them money . WHAT ,,,,!,,,,!! Thats similar to another review . My advice is to skip the auction and have a tag sale ,then u keep most of the money . Live and learn

I have been a Kiko's Buyer for several years and decided to start consigning some things at the Friday auction barn. I took a lot of time to sort things and put them in attractive lots. I stayed around to see how things went. I found it makes a huge difference which auctioneer handles your stuff. Today was a sunny day with hundreds of bidders. Early on with the senior auctioneers, things sold at relatively high prices because they knew what they were selling and took time to describe the items, generating interest. My lot was right in the middle of everything and, by luck of the draw, didn

This review is from a SELLER's viewpoint regarding Kiko's auction business.

Today I received a check from Kiko's for $383.05. After paying $350 for Kiko's to send a truck to come and get my mom's household items which included china, glassware, two cedar chests, Al Jolson to Woodstock record albums, FIRST EDITION books with their original dust jackets, bedroom furniture and more ... MY NET WAS $33.05.

I had underscored the first edition books and other "treasuries" to the young man - a fourth-generation Kiko - who had picked up the items along with a coworker

FIVE STAR business all the way.
Kiko auctions are well organized and run professionally. The whole family is involved and consists of several generations. Fun conversations when appropriate to keep things moving.

They have enough staff to help you get your winnings home if you don't own a truck. For a price, of course.

If ever I need to downsize I'd trust Kiko to do it for me.
