Trusted by insurance providers, home warranty companies and local business alike, if it fills, spays, flushes or drains, Absolute's local plumbers have got you covered. Our certified master plumbers and state of the art equipment ensure we'll have the expertise and resources required to assess, triage, diagnose and repair your sewer line, water line, water heater, disposal, toilet, tub, shower, faucet and more.
Regular service is the most important consideration in ensuring your system works well over time. Many homeowners believe that if they haven't had any problems they don't need regular service. Unfortunately this is a serious and sometimes costly misconception. With proper use, solid materials settle to the bottom, forming a sludge layer while grease and lightweight materials float to the surface as scum.
With proper maintenance, grease traps are highly effective in preventing kitchen grease and food waste material from entering local sewer systems. Without, grease traps can clog sanitary sewer lines, eventually leading to the discharge of untreated wastewater into facilities, streets and local waterways restricting recreation, tourism and commerce.
If you've ever dealt with an oil/water separator, trenches or oily sewerage, you know how frustrating wastewater maintenance can be. You also know how pleasant it is to work with a professional, courteous and responsive service company who listens and is focused on your specific needs. No unnecessary monthly fees to pay, or ridged schedules to keep.just straight-forward, responsible solutions conducted and billed on an "as needed" basis.

Never showed for scheduled appointment that had been made 2 weeks in advance for an inspection. They inconvenienced the sellers of the home, no apology, no call to say they weren’t coming. When I called there was a complete lack of customer service. The woman said, “the other girl went to lunch and she said to tell you if you called we’re not coming because the truck ain’t workin.”
I said ok so when can you come, she said sometime next week but I don’t know.
Ok never-mind we’ll take our business elsewhere, again no apologies from the company, nothing just “okayyy bye.” In a

They were supposed to come out on Friday. Didn’t show up and I never got a phone call. After multiple attempts to reach them on Friday to no avail, I finally got in touch with them on Monday. They said I was rescheduled for Monday. Then they said they couldn’t guarantee they would come. What?!?!? Use this company at your own risk!

I have worked exclusively with Absolute Environmental since we bought our home in 2017. I feel fortunate to have such an easy to work with, professional company to count on for what is such an important and necessary service. I most appreciate that they are straight-shooters and take the time to explain whatever situation or answer any question I may have. I also appreciate their readiness for whatever type of call they might get. They come ready to pump and/or dig every time. I highly encourage anyone who needs their services to give them a call.

I called this company on New Years day. The response time was unbelievable. They drained our sewage and is scheduled to come back out to complete the work. This is work that was suppose to have been inspected before we closed on our home. So far so good Abolute. As far as the other companies involved prior to Absolute Environmental coming out, I will wait to give feedback on them. What a happy New Year Day for us to go the weekend smelling sewage. Thanks Aboslute for helping us today. We look forward working with you all.

BUYER BEWARE.
We no longer recommend Absolute. We were quoted $2500 by a technician in December to redo some of our septic lines. At that time we had to save up the money after already investing a huge fortune in our septic last year. We were finally able to save up the money for the job and called them out last week. I was quoted $4000 for the same job. My husband was not home at the time and felt like the manager/owner (Bo) was condescending and arrogant with me - not sure if he is that way with everyone, or if it was because I was a female. He asked for immediate deposit and

Excellent Service | Available | Timely | Courteous | Great Value!
I called after 9 pm and was able to speak with a nice lady that helped me schedule a septoc tank service the next afternoon. She called to confirm the appointment. I needed to move the service back a few hours and she was able to accommodate my request. Jonathan and Dave called me when they were on their way. They arrived as promised and assessed my needs. They were in and out in less than two hours and did an excellent job. I can't recommend these guys enough.

Had a weekend emergency - came out and tried to clear the sewer pipe and charged me a crazy amount of money. Told me the pipe was most likely broken and it would require a huge repair. Plumbing worked for one day. Had to call a different company who came out and completely fixed the problem with the right equipment. Pipes were fine.

Had a septic tank issue and called Jonathan Baxtor with Absolute Environmental (246.294.1616). They responded quickly, were professional, and reasonably priced. They came out explained what the problem was, fixed the problem, and informed me of future services if needed. Great job guys. Will defiantly be me 'go to' for any future septic needs.

If I could give zero stars I would. The communication is non-existent (except Lisa who was the ONLY competent person we spoke to), the owner is unprofessional, and will upcharge you unreasonable amounts. They said we needed new field lines (how they knew this I'll never know as they were not checked) but I've since had two companies out who say our lines are fine. The owner cussed out my husband when we said we would not work with them anymore. The owner also threatened legal action if I posted any negative reviews. He also likes to use the Health Department to intimidate his clients
