I'd leave zero stars if possible. My mother-in-law was in need of at home care. At Home Staffing was contacted and sent an aide to help her. My wife (her daughter) helped her fill out the paperwork. Once services with At Home Staffing were ended (we went with another company) my wife received a phone call from their Operations Director threatening legal action against my wife because their aide (who ALSO is no longer with the company) voluntarily drove her mother to appointments without being asked to do so.

If you are looking for Caregiving services, I suggest that you keep looking and stay as far away from this agency as possible!!! I just moved my Moms services over to another company. At home needs to be shut down! They do not have reliable people, they do not have people to cover people when they can't come in, and when you call the office they are nonchalant about it!! Since February 2021 we have had NO caregiver show up atleast 8 times. My Mom is an Amputee and can't be left all-but as Ashley says everytime we have no one,"Well we are trying to hire people"! Yep-and why should
