As an entertainer who is blessed to be playing all over South Florida Rudy's is by far one of my favorite places to play. The staff is awesome, the sandwiches are delicious , and the new courtyard is a really… nice addition the inside stage is very warm and intimate and the crowd is always receptive and inviting a really cool place to chill out it's very inviting.

We love Rudy's on the weekend for laid back music. The inside is usually one or more people playing acoustical guitars. Outside is a variety of musical genre. It can be rock & roll, rhythm & blues, reggae, or jazz sounds. They have a variety of drinks, but food must be brought in or ordered to be delivered.

There's a gazillion (almost) bars/clubs to try in downtown Lake Worth.
And they range from pricey to cheap and from fabulous to sketchy.
So, let me tell you what you can expect during a visit to Rudy's:
First and foremost, walking in the front door doesn't feel like walking into a business....it feels more like walking into someone's living room.
You may sense they're trying to impress some sort of vibe upon you....and you'd be correct.
There's no push to sell you the menu or drinks.....they simply want you to relax

Rudy's is a magical little place!!! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. There is live music every evening, and it is a place that folks from all different backgrounds come to hang out. There were no obnoxious drunks, or rude people...everyone was happy and having a blast. Mary and all of the staff at Rudy's treat you like family!! They are all very attentive and friendly!! I met so many wonderful people at Rudy's, and I can't wait to come back down to LW again to visit Lake Worth's best kept secret!!! Oh and best of all, I was able to bring my well-behaved pup, Pearl

Another J Street Gem in Lake Worth. I think everyone there was at Woodstock. Great vibe, great atmosphere, everyone is welcome. Great band the other night with a solid playlist of hits from the 70's mixed with some original works. Don't remember the name of the band but can best be summed up by one of their original songs titled "I'm a red neck hippie". Mary, the owner is a fixture in the Lake Worth Bar scene, make sure you meet her. This is another must stop after grabbing dinner at a local Lake Worth Restaurant!

This was such a COOL PLACE to see a jam band. The staff was so nice and attentive. The bathrooms were clean and the prices were reasonable. I had read a pretty bad review on them, so I went there grudgingly. The owner had answered the negative review with such eloquence that I sought her out (working behind the bar) to tell her my awesome experience. She informed me that they were in a new location now and were so happy to have the additional space and bathrooms that were no longer shared with another establishment. I told her that the only thing that would make me happier is if they sold kombucha

Ruby's Pub is like stumbling into a 70s acid trip and I say that with the utmost respect. It's a tiny Pub off the side road on downtown lake worth. My friend and I came here during the lake worth street painting fest.
What got our attention was the music pouring out of the pub. There was an amazing musician there on the guitar singing his lungs out.
As far as beer they have everything in coolers behind the bar. There wasn't really a list of offered beers (unless I missed it) but I just got a miller lite.
Overall Rudys is a legit 70s dive I would visit for some quality tunes

Phew.
I'm not sure how this place got 5 stars after popping in last night for a quick beer. The musicians are pretty damn good on Tuesdays. However, it was dirty. Another phew. Luckily, it wasn't too crowded or else someone would have probably got hit. I think my friends and I were the youngest ones there while everyone else were old enough to be our parents or grandparents. That's what we get for going without doing the research first ;)
The bartender was simply ok. I was looking for a craft beer and the only thing they had on the shelf was the usual standard drafts. I

This is a small little beer and wine bar with amazing live music by incredibly talented local musicians for their weekly Taco Tuesdays. I went there not knowing anyone really accept for the one friend that invited me who was playing and was greeted with smiles from the moment I walked out of my vehicle. Owners are behind the bar and so kind, they have kitchy and fun music memorabilia and fun wine glasses, lots to look at. Free tacos for their Tuesday special and just all around comfortable and genuine fun. Will def. be returning and I suggest you make a pit stop as well specially if you are down

Andre greated us with genuine kindness and a warm smile to this cozy, low-key, spot just off the main strip. The decor and art was tastefully hippy. I felt like I was home at once. The vibes were great. Nice selection of beers and wine.
Unfortunately we were on a business trip, and could not stay as long as I would've liked to enjoying the live music and good company. ( I was actually really impressed that they could have a 2 person band playing at the perfect volume for enjoyment and conversation with the size of the venue.)
