Down To Earth Wood handcrafts all of the furniture we sell. Our showroom and workshop are located in Pine River, MN. You get real wood and real choices. Many of our items are available with the TrueNorth Woods brand and FSC certification. Please ask for details. We use only hardwoods such as cherry, hickory, maple, red oak and quarter sawn white oak.

A creative crate made from an all natural product, thus "Natural Cre-ates". All of our products are built with the highest standards and a focus on being environmentally friendly. For this reason, none of our Cre-ates are painted, stained or polyurethaned. Due to the nature of wood, Cre-ates will age over time and will have a varying natural graining and shading which gives each Cre-ate a unique and beautiful appearance.

Just finished setting up my new kitchen with custom made maple cabinets by Allan and Down to Earth Woods. They are fabulous! All solid wood, soft-close hinges, and the staining is just beautiful! Allan made the process so easy by coming in and really looking at the old kitchen and how we used it, asking lots of questions about what we wanted in the new kitchen, then designing the new cabinets to be functional for us. Excellent work at an excellent price! Couldn't be happier!
