Sorella Hair Salon was established in November of 2008 in Plains. We are now located in the century old, historical Pittston Gazette building, at 37 Broad Street in the wonderfully revitalized downtown Pittston. Each stylist is part of our unique team concept; which means we work as teammates not as competitors.

A pre-bridal consultation prior to the big day guarantees a stress free wedding day. You took time to pick the perfect dress so now take the time with Sorella to find the perfect hair style. On the day of the wedding you will be treated to a beautiful buffet of mimosas, fresh fruit, bagels, muffins, danish, coffee, tea and orange juice for you and your bridal party.

I was there August 12, 2021. The guy they put me with John of 36yrs of experience. Did a very horrible job in cutting my hair. He had no clue on what he was doing. I even had a picture of the hairstyle and haircut I wanted. Which was done awesomely by a rookie of only 3 months at the time at another place.
But she quit and I had a hard time finding another good stylist that knows what they're doing. My hair looked chopped up. And the stylist John argued with me the entire time. It wasn't even blended. I asked for the person in charge the next day. And I freaked. They did refund my money. Thankfully

If you are looking to refresh that quarantine nest upon your head, then look no further!!! This salon is the best! Reasonably priced and great service!! Val is my girl.. known for her color selection and technique that can't be beat!! She literally saved my hair from me just shaving it and starting over!! I live 2 hours away and still drive to see her. Check them out on insta!! Before and after pics available :)

Excellent hair stylists, nail technicians and wonderful staff!!! Great jewelry and clothing, reasonable prices for everything. I want to give John a thumbs up for the fantastic job he did on my hair. I had lowlights done on my extremely light blonde hair and it looks gorgeous and I've gotten a lot of compliments. thank you so very much!!

I love love love Sorella! All the employees are wonderful, and I have had my hair done by a few of the girls. But I’ve come to favor getting my hair done by Val. She has worked wonders with my hair and she just… makes me feel so comfortable! I highly recommend Sorella and Val! 😊 She just did balayage on my hair and it couldn’t have come out more perfect!! 😍
