Statements for each bank, mutual fund, and/or investment account for the last two months or most recent quarter - all pages and verification of any large deposits. Signed gift letter (we will provide) and copy of Giftor's bank statement showing the gift left their account. If deposit was a 401K loan or other type of loan, the repayment information for that loan will be required.
Monday's bond market has opened in negative territory, extending the negative momentum from last week. Stocks are starting the week mixed with the Dow up 257 points and the Nasdaq down 98 points. The bond market is currently down 8/32 (1.47%), but gains late Friday should allow this morning's mortgage rates to be lower by approximately.125 of a discount.

Crystal was the absolute best. We were purchasing a home at a very hectic time. My husband is in the military, and I was living across the country. She was so patient with meeting all of our needs, making sure we were taken care of, and understanding the difficulties of our distance. Excellent lenders to work with. Very responsive(even on weekends) and answered every question along the way. Easy to get in touch with on email and also easy to drop into her office since she was a local lender. I would highly recommend. We closed on time and took care of us the whole way. What a great mortgage company. I moved to FL with the service and needed a trustworthy mortgage agency to handle my home loan.
