Absolutely horrible! one star is too much for them to get! If I could give Glassco 0 stars it would still be an exceptional review. I got stopped coming out of a Walmart to fix my cracked windshield. I was told by the person it was free to me under Florida Law and my insurance would not be affected. Scheduled my repair for the next day... No call no show so I called the office the next day. Whoever Betsy is, is by far too rude to work customer service. hung up on me when I called in to ask about my install. Called back and she said she hung up because because she couldn't hear me but she called

This place was awesome! My car got broken into the day before we were heading home from vacation. I called so many places and no answer or couldn't do it until Monday( this was a saturday) They not only came to my hotel, but were there a few hours after I called! They cleaned up the glass and only took about 30 min! Window looks great!

I had accidentally clicked on this company while searching for windshield repair, and I am so glad and grateful that I did! The person I spoke to was Perry and not only did he do his best and succeed on getting us same day service he thanked me for being an essential worker in the field that I am in. Awesome service. They answered all my questions. Helped me with the insurance company. I had to reschedule and it was no problem. The tech was prompt and professional and came right to the house. They installed factory glass which was important to me and it looks amazing.

Met the owner over 6 years ago. He is honest, simple and friendly! His business is run like; a mirror image of himself. I would say Glassco Inc. has done probably close to a million windshield replacements throughout FL. I have had my windshields replaced by them 2 times within a 4 year period.

I set an appt for 9am. No one showed until after 10am. Contacted office, no answer. It's 2pm I got an answer from office saying my appt was from 10am-3pm. Bad communication. On top of that when it was passed 10am I called the technician I told him I was going to reschedule and he said why that he was 4 mins away after saying he was 25 mins away in which it had already been 35 mins later. I think things needed to be more clear and organized.
Appreciate they did the job under 20mins. And windshield is fixed.
