As a photographer who has worked with Alex many times for styled shoots or weddings, I can tell you from my perspective she is the best planner and florist in the Nashville area. She is extremely talented, creative, responsive, helpful, and coordinates with all of the vendors. She sees a need before it's there - like bringing water while doing wedding party portraits. Alex makes sure all is going well with the timeline and she is the most hands on coordinator I have seen (many will disappear until it's time for ceremony, but not Alex). On the day of, I didn't worry about a thing. Alex made sure everything was set up just the way I envisioned, and ensured I didn't worry about a thing!

Alex did an amazing job on the florals for my wedding. The reception space actually brought me to tears when I took a sneak peak before the ceremony. The whole process leading up to the wedding with Alex was easy and stress free, even when it came to dealing with last minute changes. She was very good at coming up with flower substitutions for flowers that I wanted the were not in season. I also ended up with a larger ratio of blooms to green than I expected, which was wonderful! Alex was a DREAM to work with! My venue required a day-of planner, and I had no idea how helpful a planner would be until we met Alex. We hired her as our "month-of" planner, but she was so much more than that. She checked in about once a month before the actual month of our wedding, and was quick to respond anytime I had questions. Once our wedding month came up, she was so on top of everything. She made sure all of our vendor contracts were being fulfilled so we were getting what we paid for, and that all details were figured out before the wedding day. Alex was amazing. We hired her to do florals and month of coordination. The coordination was worth every penny. We sat down with her several months prior to the wedding, and went through timeline, theme, items of importance, etc. She led us through every single detail and brought up details and logistical decisions that I hadn’t even thought of! We had a DREAMMMM of an experience with Alex. We had to reschedule our wedding 3 times for COVID and each time she was patient, helpful, and understanding. Alex has an eye for all things weddings. She planned mine and did flowers for my sister in-laws (they were STUNNING).
Anyways- Alex made the entire process magical and answered all of my 1,000 texts I would send her a week. Alex was such an important part of my planning process and I feel blessed by her!

We used Alex for my daughter’s wedding in May. Alex was wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. She met with us several times to review our details and was so helpful with every aspect of the wedding. I live out of state and she accommodated us every time I was able to be in town for wedding stuff. We couldn’t have done it with out her.

Alex is a total pro. She did both month-of planning and florals for my now-husband and me, and was excellent at both. She stayed in touch with us and offered planning guidance as we needed it ahead of time, then was excellent on-site at keeping everything moving on schedule and making sure that I didn’t have to manage any of the day-of nitty gritty. The flowers she designed for us were stunning and exactly what I hoped for (I sent some pictures of the sort of look I wanted, but really let her be creative with the final execution). They were the finishing touch that our already-beautiful venue

Alex is AMAZING!! She was our wedding coordinator and I honestly can't imagine how our day would have been without her. I had a very clear vision on what I wanted, and she exceeded my expectations with helping me execute my vision. Everyone plans for at least one thing to go wrong on their wedding day, but I can confidently say nothing went wrong on my day, and that is because of Alex.
