I tried contacting a few gutter installation companies to get gutters installed on my 1-story house. Gutter Tex was the most responsive, most professional, and easiest to work with. They do most steps of their process electronically, so no playing phone tag. Very open to any questions or concerns you may have. Gutter Tex installed new gutters on an old (1967) home that had never had gutters before. We particularly liked how Jimmy took photos of the house and then used software to virtually attach the gutters and downspouts at the desired locations so we could see how it would actually look. He sent those to us along with the quote. Because of supply chain issues, we were warned that the wait could be several months, but in actuality the wait was much shorter. Had a gutter replace by their team a week ago in Austin -- Gutter Tex team not only did a great job in installation, but was extremely helpful + honest in getting me the right product done for the job. They did everything down to matching the color of my house with the install, and did it in a time when other companies had countless delays due to "covid supply chain issues". Gutter Tex did a great job both for us both in cleaning and doing a challenging repair on our gutters. The two techs, Omar and Alex, were professional and worked hard at a difficult repair that needed to be done very high on a steep roof. It took several tries, but they never gave up and the end result was perfect, and never complained about the difficulty. I highly recommend this business!

We had old gutters removed and new ones installed. We are so pleased with our experience with Gutter Tex - from the excellent level of communications and responsiveness to the professionalism of each person and team who came to do the work. Jimmy, who came to estimate was professional and knowledgeable and remained in contact with us throughout the process, answering any questions we had. Gutter Tex installed gutters on our home and they did a great job from start to finish. They were prompt in the original estimate, competitive on cost, clear with me on timeframe to install and much more. They showed up on-time, set a clear timeframe to complete the installation and then went to work installing a several hundred feet of guttering. The gutters are the perfect color, well made, tightly hung to the house and the downspouts were placed correctly. Overall a great experience!

We had such a positive experience using Gutter Tex. Across the board, their communication is great. They are so responsive and communicative, and I really appreciate it. Koltin came out to do our estimate and was very thorough and answered all our questions. I like the way they write up their proposals; they take photos of your house and draw where all the gutters and downspouts will go. Ronny did a great job removing gutters and leaving our yard clean. And then Nick and Shane (hope I got those names right!) did a fantastic job putting our new gutters on. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and cleaned

Starting with the consultation our experience with Gutter Tex has been 5 stars. We weren't sure what color we would like or about the exact needs for where to place down spouts for our particular house, so I asked them what they suggested and they were spot on. We couldn't be happier with how attractive and efficient our gutters are and at a good price. We paid a deposit and scheduled a date for service and hey kept us informed with any updates via emails. We actually ended up having our gutters installed 3 weeks earlier than we had expected. A team of 4-5 people arrived to do the job

I went through a well known app to find a highly rated and inexpensive gutter provider and they were my first choice due to their outstanding rating. I called and it was going to be a 2 month wait so I got on the schedule and called my next choice, long story short, it's well worth the wait and they took care of the mess my second choice created. Keith came out to do the assessment and he had state of the art equipment that showed exactly where everything would be installed and show pictures of what it would look like. The Gutter Tex crew that installed my gutters were very polite and professional. They were careful to follow social distancing requirements. Ben explained everything that would be done. When they got here they went straight to work no wasting time. They even moved some spot lights that we had hanging from the house. It was no problem for them. The seamless gutters look great. They match my house perfectly. I am very pleased with the work they have done. I would definitely recommend Gutter Tex.
