No one ever answered the phone. The voicemail says to text, so I texted. Got one reply asking when would be a good time for them to call me back. Still haven't received a call. I called and texted 3 more times… and no one ever responded. I called another place and they got me in that day. Terrible customer service from performance, save your time and go somewhere else. How do you not have someone to answer phones and schedule appointments?!?
