Dillon and Dan were very professional with their install. They arrived early and got the job done without any issues and were very polite and knowledgeable. Channell Heating and Cooling has been our go-to service provider for HVAC for many years without complaint. They only install high quality units built to last, and the quality speaks for itself. Even with many customers, they make you feel like you’re the top priority. I’m not sure about any of the other companies out there, but Channell is the only one my family would consider.

The young man, Tyreik Tanner, arrived with a pleasant greeting and got right to work. Very professional and informative to how we can care for our A/C unit. Explained a maintenance membership to us that will include maintenance visits with a percentage off parts (if needed) , and no diagnostic fee.

Brad Watson did an awesome job and the largest percentage of the installation. He is a dedicated worker. He went the extra mile. He was also very informative in explaining everything to me. I appreciate him.

After saying they couldn't do anymore and leaving it a mess outside, they came back and cleaned up the install. It looks professionally done, the new lines are clipped down, the slab my unit on has been evened up and all the hanging slack has been taken out of the lines. There was nothing that could be done about going into my attic in the middle of the eave, but now that everything has been cleaned up it is no longer an eyesore. Mistakes happen and not everyone can be at their best everyday, but I really appreciate their commitment to making it right.
