Equity Property Builders began in 2018 on beautiful Whidbey Island, Washington. William (Bill) Craven II brings over 40 years of experience in the residential construction business working as a small business owner. Recently Bill started this new venture with family in order to pass on a lasting legacy in the construction industry.
Having the ability to work side-by-side with family and do construction is a dream come true. Bill loves construction and couldn't imagine doing anything different. Equity Property Builders helped me create a new room in my basement. It was unused space for years, but Bill came in and saw a good way to turn it into a girls room. They did all the work, painted it and even built us some built-in triple bunks beds! My girls love it and we are very pleased. He is so kind and very helpful.
