Located out of Sacramento, CA, GC Welding Services has over 10 years of experience in the welding business. We started out small and we continue to be a family-owned business that is dedicated to great customer service and outstanding results. Working with metal is our passion. We love our work and that love shows in each of our finished projects.

Last night, our dog was discovered he can squeeze through the slots in the gate and was missing for several hours.
I looked up a number of contractors that could possibly add a mesh across the slots. There were a few bidders but GC Welding had the lowest bid, the highest ratings, and was available to do the job this afternoon.
The work was outstanding, professional and done within 1.5 hours! There were no hidden costs or add ons either. His quote was as good as gold.
Highly recommend and I would use him again if I need gate or need metal work done.

This is a warning for anyone considering GC Welding. Gabrial took our money and lied about starting the project multiple times. I finally asked to see the progress on the handrail since he kept pushing us off, and he stopped answering our calls and texts altogether. I finally called from a blocked number and he admitted to lying and avoiding us since he never even started the handrail.
He then promised to return our deposit of $1560, but now won't return our calls again. That was November 2020 and we haven't received a call back or a single dollar of the money he owes.

Gabrial is a professional who can do anything you ask. Came to Gabrial with a request to build a custom grill grate for my fire pit and he delivered. Competitive pricing and great work. Gabrial was informative and not pushy, he explained everything to me and urged me to research some of the answers he provided. He completed the grill grate within a week's time even though his shop was full of bigger jobs. Thank you Gabrial for treating me like someone with a big job even though it was peanuts for you. I needed some repairs on my metal automatic gate. I contacted GC and Gabriel got back to me immediately. Within a couple of hours I had a quote and we scheduled an appointment just a couple of days out to complete the repair.
He arrived on time and took care of the issue. He is a very pleasant, hardworking and honest person. His final bill was reasonable, and I decided to pay him a little more because good service like this needs to be rewarded. This will be the first place I call in the future for any metal fencing work.

For many years I worked at a company that had a welding and metal fab shop that I could use for projects. When I moved to the Sacramento area I still had small projects but couldn't find a shop to do them. A couple of small shops blew me off so I was encouraged when I found Gabrial Cullen. I needed a custom stair railing and made a drawing. Gabe produced the railing in two parts, upper and lower. They were to be powder coated in white but he had problems with his powder coat company because of the pandemic and had to use another shop who just sprayed it. Gabe agreed that it was not right,

Gabriel finished my backyard fencing project yesterday. I am grateful for his professionalism, courtesy, and his solid skills. From start to finish Gabriel did an amazing job and kept me fully informed through each process. He is also a man of his word and a very talented welder and metal fabricator. I have a iron gate that runs along a steel v track. The track cracked in half earlier jn the week due to rust at the previous weld joint. I called 4 different welders and 2 out of 4 didn't want to do the job of welding back together. The other 2 charged alot!
I contacted GC Welding services and Gabrial responded right away. I sent him pictures of the track. He gave me his quote and we set up an appointment.
He arrived and was very Professional and got the job done quickly. He even did a few extra things such as put in a brace under the track, and even primed the weld so it would not rust

We contacted 3 different companies about replacing our wooden driveway gate with a metal one. It was a very different process than what we were used to as the first estimate is done via email (in 2 of the three businesses). Gabriel's bid was very reasonable and so we took the next step of having him come out to do all the measurements and talk through the design of the gate.

I had a rod iron fence that enclosed my front side yard and courtyard. The backyard has a standard wooden fence. The gate to the RV access separated the two. I needed this gate to combine the wood fence and iron fence together. What I got was a gate with a basic iron frame and wooden slats. (I should have been more specific on what I wanted so I cannot blame this entirely on him but his artistic ability was basic IMO. ) The problem was just a few months after it was built the boards started falling off! He had used Tek screws

I contacted Gabriel on Yelp to ask him about a small job that we needed done at my work. After talking to him and getting 2 more quotes, we decided to award Gabriel with the job. We made a plan for Gabriel to come out the following Monday morning at 9 AM to do the job.
Monday came and Gabriel called and said he was running a little behind and would be at my work place around 1 PM. Gabriel arrived a little before 1 and started right away at measuring some rolling tables that needed to be cut, Then he cut them to perfection. After he was done, he clean up and went on his day.
I recommend Gabriel
