Thank you Lake Country Marine....took my boat and fixed my high rpms....low thrust....clean out port and trailer lights on time as promised and for a reasonable fee! Only wish they were closer to Colonial Beach!

Amazing service - we had a tiny repair and were not treated any differently as if we had a thousand dollar job!

Horrible service! Called looking for part and they want me to look up the part number for them. Then they don't know and service won't answer the phone. Don't waste your time going or calling, call someone that will actually help you in a timely manner

Kevin and the team did a one over for our Carolina Skiff deck boat. The engine was running rough, the gauges didn’t work and the trailer was eating tires.
Today, the boat runs perfect and as quiet as when we purchased it 17 years ago. The gauges work and the trailer has a new axle. Come to find out the axle was bent on both sides.
The prices are fair and reasonable.
We will never go anywhere else even though they are 1hr away.

We bought our first Yamaha Jet Boat last spring from Lake Country Marine. Everyone we came in contact with was fantastic! From the sales person to the mechanic, everyone was very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend Lake Country Marine. We also decided to store our boat there for the winter and to have our boat winterized. Again, everyone was great!

Great experience from start to finish. Our salesman Jacob answered all questions before,during, and after the purchase like a true professional. We purchased a new Sweetwater Pontoon 2086C. The process was great, including a test drive and on water orientation. When I started this process of buying a boat, I called a few places that seemed less than interested in going thru the process of truly selling me a boat. I launched by boat from Anna Point Marina today. When I recovered my boat in the afternoon, one of my leaf springs broke on me just as I pulled up from the ramp. Being 75 miles from home, with my family, I had no way to fix it or anyway to get the boat off of the property. Gary from Lake Country Marine was of more assistance that I could have hoped for. He let me store by boat and trailer on the property until I could figure out how I was going to make other arrangements. This is way more than just excellent customer service. This being a decent human being helping out a person in a tight jam.

I asked for a routine service, they tried to over charge $175. I told them to look at my boat because the motor was missing. When I took the boat on the water, it was running worse than when I had them look at it. Had to have another boat shop look at it. Never again!!
Customer Service does not have a clue about boating. Mike, the Service Manager, was who I dealt with. He has horrible manners and wasnt really worried about my boat being fixed properly.
We store our boat there, the ladies in the office are great!!

Could not be happier with the sales team and the service department. I purchased a 2017 Godfrey Sweetwater Pontoon from Travis Jones (sales associate) and the attention to detail could not have been better nor could I have had a more pleasant experience. The owner of the company, Chuck, was also involved in my overall Lake Country Marine experience and I could not be happier with everything. Their service department is top notch and they pay attention to every detail as they explain things to you in a way that you come away with a feeling of knowledge and satisfaction that the job was done correctly

Have to give kudo's to the owner. I had an issue with my boat and he really helped out tremendously. His commitment to getting my boat fixed and back to me was over and above. I really appreciate how much he cared for me as a customer with a family. Short story is that we had a lake house vacation and without the boat we would not have been able to have much fun. He and his team made sure that did not happen and I know he was even ready to go WAY over and above to fix the issue. Thanks! I will be back in the fall to get my fall decommissioning. Thanks!

We tried every other marina at Lake Anna. Chuck was friendly and sold us immediately. We could not be happier with the service or product. We did have an issue with the floor but Mike took care of it without any problems. We will keep coming back and I will definitely recommend you. And Chuck your attitude was awesome you made myself and my wife feel welcome and comfortable. Thank You

The service dept could not, and still has not diagnosed the problem with my Yamaha engine. They told me I needed a part, which was not the resolve the the problem and have not offered any other route in correcting the issue. I have repeatedly called them and they pass me around until someone dares to take my call. Mike is apologetic, showing fault, but has not offered to refund my money on an incorrect diagnosis. I have repeatedly called to speak with the owner, which I have not been successful with, hence the write up, to get this issue resolved and move forward. They passed me off on their mechanic

Been with Lake Country for 11 yrs. Always been honest & fair. Also had a boat carport there for many years. Mike the new service manager is just who they needed during this expansion period. He understands the importance of new business but knows returning customers is the key to success.
