I’ve had nothing but incredible customer service with unique home care services regarding my loved one. I understand that We all have our own opinions, but I think it’s really sad that sometimes people can just get on this platform and just make up things as they go along. Just my opinion, if anybody wants to know more about this company that’s been around for over 10 years check them out yourself .............

I rarely write negative reviews BUT I am making an exception in this situation. I can say “wow”. A new standard set in unprofessionalism. This is by far the most unhelpful and frankly disgraceful agency I know of. Insulting, unreliable, and best avoided altogether. Specifically Rebecca from Unique made things much more difficult. Would not recommend.

This agency has a 3.5 and 3.0 rating, which is extremely low when you are considering using them as a trusted source of care within you r home or that of your loved one. As LOW as this rating is, it's too high for the level of incompetence and unprofessional conduct that exists amongst the managerial team. The ratings that repeatedly say that they are unprofessional are 100% ACCURATE. They repeatedly left me without care and without any notice in advance that they did not have staff available. I went over two weeks with out having care on my morning shift hours because they were too lazy to follow

I’ve been working with this Company since 2018 they care about their employees as well as there clients . The staff has always displayed generosity excellent communication skills and professionalism towards myself and my family. My family has been working with Unique Home Care Services as employees and clients since 2017. Not only have they shown us there generosity but they have shown us nothing but respect. I’ve read some of the terrible comments made about Unique and they’re completely wrong. Unique itself is very professional. The problem is the employees get upset when they don’t get their way and act very unprofessional and come on here making terrible comments out of spite.

Ive worked for this company last year, she is very unprofessional. Half the time my paychecks were short, she refuses to pay u if they are, she dont communicate with the clients that much. I didnt give a 2 week notice cause the client i had switched to another agency,well i get this phone call about a month ago saying i need to give a notuce, No i dont, not when there's not clients, they kerp calling and bugging me, wish they would leave me alone, im not interested in going back. They dont do direct deposit, u have to wait over a half hour when u go get ur paycheck. They look then at ur pay stub
