Our newest truckmounted cleaning machine, the Aerotech XT, really shines when it comes to tile and grout cleaning. The Aerotech XT machine allows us to maintain cleaning temperatures of nearly 300 degrees, which makes a huge difference in our ability to cut through the oily soils that typically penetrate into grout.

I highly recommend Action Extraction Carpet Cleaning! Ryan came to clean my stairs today, after reaching out to him yesterday. He was on time, professional, clean, protected my baseboards and my wood floors. The stairs look amazing and the stains came out. He showed up with this big truck that has high powered suction and heat. I have never seen a carpet cleaning truck like that. I’m looking forward to having him back to clean other areas of my home in the future. If you need your carpets cleaned, action extraction is who you should call.

I've used many services and as a scientist, I'm not blinded by science. I wanted a service which used actual steam or super-heated liquid, not people who try to fool you into thinking they use it. I had a chance to inspect the equipment Action Extraction uses and it is the real deal. Truck mounted and ludicrous powerful. They do not cover up the odor either (my nose is extra sensitive so I detest artificial fragrance), any odors we had before they came were gone. All good cleaning processes leave a little moisture for the first few hours but if their suction is strong enough, it will dry very quickly

Ryan with Action Extraction came out to our house to look at some water damage we had in our living room ceiling. He thoroughly inspected the issue and was extremely helpful with fixing it for us. I have used Action Extraction for several years. We have dogs, and need frequent carpet cleaning. Any time we call, Action Extraction is willing to come almost immediately, they always are prompt for an appointment, or in the event of some unforeseen problem, they call and let me know. The work is always excellent and thorough. We truly appreciate the service they have provided. They have also cleaned upholstery, and are always willing to go the "second mile". The price is always very competitive, and very reasonable for the care they take of my home and belongings. This is indeed a 5 star company

I have been searching around for a good carpet cleaner. I was going to use a guy I had met through work who works with a different company. I then did a google search & found Action Extraction. I was impressed with their website & also the reviews I read about them. I made one phone call & had an appointment set up :) My wife was at home when the tech came & she was super impressed with him & she had to leave for an appointment, she felt like she could completely trust him while she was gone.
