High praise! Jonathan came out to service my wi-fi, which had a weak signal or signal interference because my walls are made of plaster. This created a major problem for listening to online radio through my wireless speakers. Jonathan quickly diagnosed the problem and took the necessary time to find a solution that permanently fixed the problem. So all I have for Jonathan and LockDownProtection is high praise!

Jonathan came to our location after hours on a very cold night to conduct training for our townhome association board members. He patiently walked us through downloading the necessary software and efficiently trained us how to access and use the gate security camera.
