Becca Fuller has been in the beauty industry since she was 18 years old when she became a licensed esthetician. She was working as a makeup artist for CHANEL when she realized she wanted to make expand her artistry into the world of permanent makeup. Becca took the Oklahoma State Program and continues to seek continuous, advanced training from trainers and mentors all over the country.

Services
Foxy Brows are another form of Permanent Makeup, they are in the Ombre Powder Brow family. Foxy Brows can be bold to mimic a pencil or soft and powdery for a more natural fluffy look. Foxy brows have a more pixelated look then Ombre with softer borders. A combination of Hairstroke Brows by machine and Powdered Brows also referred to as a Hybrid Brow Tattoo.
Foxy Brows are another form of Ombre Powder Brows. With the Foxy technique the brow is more pixelated with soft edges around the full border of the eyebrows. The shading is most dense through the center of the brow giving the illusion of a fluffier brow. Combination brows are characterized by feathered hair strokes from the beginning to the middle of the brow then transitions to a powdered finish toward the tails.
What is Lip Blushing? Lip Blushing is often referred to as Aquarelle Lips. It is a lip tattoo that heals to a sheer veil or transparent layer of color. It can be done very light and natural or more vibrant depending on the desired look of the client. This style of lip tattoo does make the lips appear more full.

I can not say enough great things about Becca and her passion for her trade. She was kind, compassionate and explained everything in detail. I was so nervous but she put me completely at ease. My brows you ask? Yes they are amazing! I went from no brows to perfectly shaped and well placed brows. The aftercare card and supplies were easy to follow and I couldn’t be happier.

I was extremely nervous about getting permanent makeup but OMG I’m so glad I did! It saves me so much time getting ready. Becca made me feel comfortable throughout the process and explained everything to me as we went. I did the eyeliner enhancement first then moved on to my brows then lips. I love that she also gives you the post cards with aftercare instructions and you can also reference her page in case you forget. I have recommended her to several friends.

Becca did an outstanding job reshaping my brows with placement of powder brows. She added permanent eyeliner also. It gives my face a whole new definition and brightness! I was super hesitant and had so many questions. Becca was always so gracious in providing evidenced based answers. When it came time for my eyebrow and lip blushing appointment, she made me so comfortable and at ease. Becca permanently tatttood my eyebrows, lips, and eyeliner. Becca is an extreme perfectionist and her work shows. The eyeliner really enhanced my natural lashes even without mascara. She gave a really fantastic shape to my brows and I couldn't be happier. A little chapstick or clear gloss and my lips are good to go. Everything has made my everyday routine so much easier. If you are looking for any permanent makeup I highly recommend Becca!!
