An auto lockout is when the owner of the auto has accidentally set the car keys down inside the auto and closed the doors. The door was either shut with the doors locked or the Engine Control Unit (ECU) timed out and automatically locked the doors for the owner. Wow! Ken figured out how to solve a complex problem we had with various keys that worked and some that didn't on two condos we bought. He also was able to correct several things that were not operating properly, like locks that turned the wrong way and more. He is prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He does take credit cards but I'm not sure about Apple or Android pay. We recommend him completely!

Ken was very helpful in helping me gain access to my house after getting locked out. He was very quick to return my call (even after hours), and showed up within 10-15 minutes! I should also note that he was very quick in getting our door unlocked (just a couple minutes), and didn't cause any damage or scratches! He's an expert!
