BBB is an awesome consumer protection agency that is Free. For any corrupt or unjust business, the BBB will confront them with your complaint within a few days. Interesting how I constantly was ignored for months by several unethical/greedy businesses, and within days they took action and refunded my money.
Do not wait to file your legitimate complaint and watch them suddenly take you serious and give you the justice you deserve.
Highly recommend for anyone who was scammed or were treated wrong in a business transaction.

This BBB provided the needed assistance to motivate Ring, Inc to refund $85 for an item I ordered from them that became unavailable. Ring acknowledged that the money should be refunded but excessive bureaucratic issues prevented that from happening. Once the BBB got involved, Ring’s indifferent attitude changed immediately❗️
They began emailing me every 2 to 3 days, to make sure I was happy with the refund and apologized for any inconvenience I experienced.

I needed help to solve the issue I was having. BBB was absolutely the perfect way to go. Within a week I heard from the company and they did correct my issue! I know that without BBB my issue would not be solved as I had sent them numerous communication! I will totally get in touch with BBB in the future to help me resolve any issues that come up

The BBB is a wonderful consumer resource that works. They have helped resolve many issues I've had with businesses. It's not uncommon that just threatening to go the the BBB will get an issue resolved. When one does have to go the whole route of reporting, BBB helps resolve problems in a professional manner. I am 65 and have used their service since my 20s. Sometimes it is hard to figure out who to report. I'm finding that some online companies are called one thing but are owned by a company by a different name and it's hard to figure it out.

I used the services of BBB after a vendor refused to provide me with a refund for services not rendered. Fortunately they were a BBB member. I contacted BBB for help, and providing detailed information and informed them I would be filing in small claims court. They contacted the vendor and got the issue resolved without going to court. BBB was instrumental in getting my refund from Ticketmaster. After 1.5yr of unsuccessful attempts to reach someone on Ticketmaster side, I reached out to BBB. I explained the issue and attached all supporting documentation (e-mail order receipts, correspondence with TM customer service agents, ticket transfer e-mails etc.) via BBB online claim form. BBB agent reached out to TM and my refund was issued within 10 business days. Thank you BBB!!!

Had an issue with Ticketmaster not wanting to refund money for a show that was postponed. To no avail, until I get the BBB involved I didn't receive my refund. After contacting the BBB Ticketmaster provided a full refund. Highly recommend using them if the need a rises.

Since there highly trained & knowledgeable technician (Greg) left the company since (October 2019) of last year (the past 4 months) the quality & detail of service has drastically declined. The employee replacement (Juan) does a ok job, but have notice a hit & miss job within the past 30 days (February), as it usually takes the technician 15-20 minutes to service my pool/hotub, he has come and gone within 5 minutes, forgetting to brush bottom and sides of pool, changing pool catch, etc. Also, I tested the pool myself as I have strip kit I purchased from a different vendor (Leslie Pool

Can't ask much more of these guys. They show up and do their job dependably and they're a great resource when things go wrong. I bought a house with an old pool and a lot of old broken equipment and K & D basically talked me out of overpaying for big upgrades while getting the pool in great shape very quickly. This company offers great reliable pool services. We recently had a few problems with our (old) pool and the owner Denny took time to go through things over the phone and set up things so that the matter could be resolved quickly each time. He even came out himself one of the times. I would highly recommend this company!

We used to get a better service from them- not in the past 2 years-most recent increase in what they charge us is the last straw for us. I guess it is time for us to find a new pool service :(

These guys are awesome, very reasonable prices, and never try to upsell/overcharge for things. They actually talked me into not trying to upgrade my pump and filter system, saying it was actually a decent model, and will last a lot longer. Additionally, my neighbors tree gets a ton of needles into the pool each week, causing regular havoc with the filters, baskets, etc. and they always keep the system in tip top shape with no extra cost. They are also very responsive on the phone when you need your hot tub running and you forget how to prime the pump, or do something they've already told you

Wow!! Denny and Tim provide the BEST pool service! After 20 years, we've had our share of service providers. They either over charged or under delivered. Not K&D. Their prices are reasonable and they over deliver. In the rare event, the pool isn't perfectly crystal clear, they are back out to fix it and it make it that way.
