Services
There are a diverse range of acupuncture theories and techniques based on different philosophies. The method used in TCM is likely the most widespread in the US. It is most often used for pain relief, though it is very useful for a wide range of other conditions. Often, heat lamps are employed to warm areas being treated with acupuncture, as well.
Simple relaxation or general health invigoration are wonderful reasons to treat yourself to acupuncture! Hormonal imbalances like thyroid difficulties, painful/irregular menses, and perimenopausal symptoms. There is not yet a firm theory of why or how acupuncture works in terms of Western concepts.

I was diagnosed about a year ago with arthritis in my neck. When my doctor couldn't relieve the pain, he suggested acupuncture. I found White Crane and have been receiving treatments twice a week for the past four months, including cupping once a week. My pain level is so much lower, and my energy level is higher. With less pain, it's easier to focus on the positive things in my life. James is knowledgeable as well as caring, and has made this experience enjoyable.

On a side/comical note: I made finding his place much more difficult than it needed to be. When I called to make my appointment, James was very clear
