Our kiosk allows us to streamline the often-cumbersome process of paperwork and lets us focus on you, our patient. When you arrive for your appointment, simply walk up to our kiosk to the right of the reception window. Look for the -IN signage. Please have your driver's license and insurance card ready before you touch the kiosk screen.

It's nice to have a doctor close to my home the only problem is this office is so busy it's very hard to get an appointment and you have to be really thorough with what you're saying to the doctor and make sure you're following up on it January Thirty-One 2022 thanks again to Dr Weeks for doing such a great job with my health I am happy with this office

Called to make an appointment and got directed to a nurse who I told my ailments to which was pain in my right abdomen (suspected appendicitis). Nurse sounded urgent in asking if I could come in the next morning; The next morning I see the doctor to be told he has no clue what it is and that he can't do anything for appendicitis anyways. Ends up telling me to pick up some otc gas and stool meds incase it's gas then tells me to wait until the pain is bad enough and then go to the hospital. In a perfect world I would have got some scans done on my abdomen to rule it out instead of worrying myself

Took my 3 year old to the dentist because he broke his tooth. They are so loving and caring. They pulled it solo, without us in the room and he came out smiling. I would highly recommend this office!!!! He is currently playing with the slime they gave him, no tears for him or his anxious mother 🤣🤣🤣. Thank you so much we will definitely be using this office for all my child's dental needs.

My doctor prescribed new medicine for me. She told me to check my blood pressure once a week to see if it needed to be changed. I went to Family Health Care for a check. I was told they could not do it. Why??????? If they can't do it there should be a machine available. Such a basic test but not available in
Baldwin. One should not have to drive 40 miles to do this. I finally got EMS to do it. They were very helpful but they are not always available. Disappointed in Family Health Care. If they can't do the basics, one wonders what they can do.
