It's funny that my first review of this horrible development was deleted, it's a joke they take all the bad reviews off otherwise there over all reviews would be closer to a one. First of all if you want a community that does nothing for you except charge you 30 a month then this is the place for you. It's been 2 years and I'm still waiting on them… to finish my first year warranty repairs. My back fence is leaning terribly, the wood floors they put in have chips I've still been waiting for those to be replaced. The blinds they put up were cheep quality and don't work properly, another item
