Amy has been a part of the Southern Magnolia Team since 2017 as our Insurance Coordinator. Her professional care to each individual naturally creates long term relationships with our patients. She currently lives in Pass Christian and has three daughters. When she is not working, Amy enjoys reading and loves to go camping.
Growing up on the Coast, I split time between running around on Back Bay and going to school at St. Martin. From the time I was young, I knew the I wanted to be in Health Care. I knew I wanted to own my own business, but most of all I knew that I wanted to live here, on the Coast. When I graduated from St. Martin High School, I attended the University of Mississippi and received a Secondary Education degree with a Minor in Chemistry.

The short dentist was extremely rude and disrespectful to my wife. She simply wanted a teeth cleaning. She was left waiting alone in the dental chair for about 15 minutes. Then the dentist angrily told her she needed x-rays and multiple additional services which she didn't request. He was very unprofessional.

The dentist was great which I truly appreciate. However, the front staff is rude, uneducated, and condescending. Needed a dentist since I was new in town and lost my filling. Called and could get me in right away. The lady at front desk was really rude but thought everyone has a bad day. The appointment went good well with dentist.
Schedule initial exams for my family and me. Then got the bill. It was even more then I already paid($80) which was not on bill just a made up number stating I even owed more. Insurance showed I should have paid even less then they charged me when I had my appointment

Highly recommend. Before visiting southern magnolia for a broken tooth I was told by a separate dentist that there wasn’t anything they could do for my tooth and they would just pull it out. Dr. Robert and his excellent hygienist, Danielle, did an amazing job. They also eased my anxiety and made the experience very comfortable. This will now be where my entire family will be going for all our dental needs.

I live in Gulfport and there are lots of dental offices there I could go to. But I choose to go"all the way" to Ocean Springs for a reason. The office staff and Dr. Robby are some of the nicest people. The care they put into each visit and the professionalism is top notch. I've never felt rushed or like I'm just quota to meet.
Edit just had my cleaning and once again the staff is the best! The office is clean, bright, open and inviting. Best dental office I've been to in years!

I moved here in july 2014 and googled closes dentist me and my daughter been coming here every since then I got pregnant with my son he also became a patient in 2016 for his first visit the staff is so loving and patient with my son his spoiled self always leaving with more than one toy out the treasure box lol every time w come in for a appointment Ms Enn (hope I spelled her name right) always great us with saying here comes my favorite family 😍 the entire staff is the best make us feel right at home

Need a better front desk person. The lady Amy is very rude and always has an attitude. A few people I know say they were charged more than the insurance required out of pocket. Very unprofessional. It’s hard to talk to some type of “boss” to find out about hidden fees. She won’t relay the message and will put you off. Also no way to email Robby, it goes straight to her. Great staff in the back, but front desk lady needs to be nice & honest to the patients.

Despite not being able to get my 2 teeth pulled, I had a great overall experience here . Everyone was very nice and comforting . She explained everything beforehand & was very patient & attentive with me. The nurse even held my hand during the process. I am terrified of dentists but they were amazing to me, went above & beyond to keep me at ease. Wish I could've been a better patient, I really appreciate y'alls hospitality today.

I just took my 9 year old daughter to get two teeth pulled. She was so scared to get this procedure done. The staff at Southern Magnolia Smiles were superb! They made my daughter feel so comfortable. My daughter asked me if she could ONLY go there for her dental needs from now on. Kids know when they are being treated well! I highly recommend SMS for all of your dental needs!
