Booked a trip from airport to hotel and back. Both times, received a text indicating they are on their way. Both times arrived early and were waiting. Opened the doors for us and loaded/unloaded luggage. Both drivers were professional and vehicles were clean.

This was truly awful and not worth the cost. It started with the driver calling me 6 times at 4:30 am the day before my actual airport pickup because they couldn’t keep the reservation straight. The day of the scheduled pickup, They arrived 45 minutes earlier than I told them to so when I when I was ready with my luggage I had to wait a long time outside for them to circle back around. Even though I had given them the correct time, that accounted for baggage claim. The car was filled with trash and the driver didn’t wear a mask and coughed and sniffled the entire drive. They didn't show up for our trip to JFK. I had to call and was told they'd find out where driver was. A few minutes later I called back to find out the driver was "rear ended" I am not buying it.

We used LIaccess limo to travel to Islip Airport from Long Beach. They arrived early for our pick up, the driver was very collegial, the car was clean, the drive was pleasant. The pick up when we returned was also nice, no hassle, on time, clean car (an SUV) very pleasant. The rate seemed very reasonable, it was the same rate for either cash or credit. Highly recommend!

I would give them zero stars if I could. Made a reservation to be brought to the airport and when they were late I called to see what was going on. The guy answered and told me he didn't have a reservation for me and pretty much told me oh well I can't do anything for you and hung up. Will never use them again if I can't count on a business to keep track of a reservation. Very unprofessional!!!!!

Great experience. I was expecting a Towncar to be honest when they said Sedan... But the Toyota Camry that arrived to pick us up was fine for what we needed. $90 all inclusive from JFK to Long Island is fair. Our flights were massively delayed and they were kind enough to continue waiting for us outside. I think the best part was that this was a completely good faith reservation- no upfront deposit or payment. Just time and terminal and they were there!

I frequently have used services and this is, by far, the best I have used. I have used the service for airport transport to JFK and Newark, wine tastings, trips into the city.
