Called to ask a simple question and was awnaered by Doug to hello this is Doug can I put you on hold before I could awnser and then sat on hold for over 10 minutes and hung up thinking maybe he forgot but called a second time and something. So I would not recommend calling them for any reason.

If I could give a negative 100 I would. These people are thevies and will lie to your face rip you off in anyway they can. I wpuld never do anything with these people they are one of the worst company's ever. They are basicly legal loan sharks. They steal so much no at from anyone that uses them. Beware and don't risk using these people you would be safer going to the mob for a loan!

Used to go here all the time...never again .. they have chgd people 2X in the same month and then said that they would have to wait until next month to get their money back.. from the double dip... not their fault the computer chgd them twice.. they offer NO HELP if you loose your money order or you wallet between the counter and you vehicle... I had to get a police report # to even get Expedia to put a hold on my credit info..EVEN THE COPS thought it was odd they wouldn't give me any help.

These guys are an absolute joke. I went to take out a small loan and I was quoted an amount over the phone and when I got there it was less then I was initially told. The lady behind the counter was rude to say the least. If you need to take out a loan I would suggest driving the 45 minutes to rapid cash in Vancouver.
