Jay D. Koritzinsky's practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate transactions, landlord/tenant and fair housing matters, and collection cases. Jay has significant experience in these areas, including an active courtroom practice. As a regular lecturer in these areas of the law, Jay has a broad knowledge in these areas and can offer relevant assistance to our clients in these areas.
Nanette L. Karls has worked at Koritzinsky & Karls, LLC since 1993. She began working as an associate, and became a partner in 1997. She considers herself extremely lucky to work with everyone in the office, and to do what she loves doing. Nanette's practice focuses in the areas of Family Law, Residential Real Estate, and Life and Estate Planning.
My greatest goals in working with clients are communication and trust. I strive to ensure that I have the knowledge and expertise to help them in an expeditious manner. Melanie A. Tourdot started her work as a Legal Assistant at Koritzinsky & Karls, LLC in October of 1992. She can honestly say that after all of these years, she still loves her job.
I do my best every day to ensure that our clients receive the answers they are seeking. If I do not have the information, I will make sure to find out and relay it to our clients in a timely fashion.
