We offer a wide range of services with multicultural staff, and we accept various insurances. This type of evaluation provides detailed information about the functioning of the brain and mind. At Greenleaf Neuropsychology & Counseling our treatment methods include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy along with biofeedback or neurofeedback. We are able to provide male and female therapists if preferenced by the client. The objectives of treatment are to assist patients in developing greater control over their lives by positively managing their thoughts and emotions.
Dr. Charboneau is a Neuropsychologist and Licensed Clinical Psychologist. He is Board Certified in Quantitative Electroencephalography (QEEG) and is a Senior Fellow of the Biofeedback Certification International Association. He is one of the leading neuropsychological specialists in Eastern Washington.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED "URGENT" MENTAL HEALTH RESULTS. By "urgent" I mean within a few months or so. I am STILL waiting and it has been well over a year to get my final results. They don't return calls, they don't communicate well whatsoever. I went to inpatient to get my medications in line because it was taking so long to hear anything back from them and I hit a very bad spot. I highly recommend going elsewhere. They don't have any urgency and take on a higher case load than what they can handle. This is when you trust the star rates a place is given!

If he says you or a loved one have brain damage dont believe him. Go see an actual neurologist. Was told by a neurologist the QEEG is overly sensitive and can result in many false positives. I spent years in therapy at greenleaf only to be told I was normal by a neurologist. Im back to being gainfully employed after undoing the psychological manipulation and now have to work to pay off debt incurred from thinking I was brain damaged and disabled.

Negative 5 stars on the office staff. Dysfunctional, rude, condescending, you name it. Also, Plan on everyone running on “green sky time” which is 30 minutes late. To every appointment. Considering how expensive this is, we expect to be treated like a valued customer, not a nuisance. First impression of the Dr we were not impressed. That being said, He’s been much better on the follow ups. It’s very unfortunate he has such poor representatives in the office.

My son received an evaluation and 3! Consultations about an ADHD diagnosis, but the clinic has yet to provide a report so we can’t move forward with getting treatment and resources for my son. It’s been 5 months since the evaluations were completed. He has been paid by our insurance company and won’t deliver. Combine that with other unethical practices and dated assessment techniques that conflict with modern evidence-based practice gives me a level of concern that almost warrants an investigation. Referral kickbacks and privacy practices are VERY concerning. The Center of Excellence designation

I was scheduled to see Kristine every week. My first visit was great, I got some valid advice. My second appointment was canceled day of which was disappointing. I am giving one star because on my third visit Kristine did not show up and I was left waiting in the waiting room for 30 minutes. I was never told why nor apologized to and the receptionist ladies never contacted me after to confirm my next appointment. I have since canceled my appointments.

The woman who answered the phone the first time I called was wonderful. She had a young sounding voice, and was polite and patient while explaining to me that Molina doesn't typically approve services through them, and what I would need to do to contact them, what codes I would need to ensure they would approve.
