Services
Amy Vaughn is a sole proprietor and Director of Little Treasures Academy with 7 years experience in education and development. Amy received her Bachelors of Business Administration from Fontbonne University in 2005. Prior to establishing Little Treasures academy, Amy spent 15 years as a Correctional Officer with the St. Louis County Government.
Play as You Learn is the curriculum used for our infant classes. Research has found that playing engages all senses in learning. Your child will be provided with educational toys, stimulating activities and will feel safe and secure in our child care. Young children often have trouble expressing themselves.
Parents will be responsible for providing diapers/diapering items, wipes, bottles, formula/breast milk, bedding (fitted sheet), and any snacks for your infant. Toddlers will move to the toddler room when they turn two years old and will begin potty training in that room. Parents will be responsible for providing a pair of clothing (shirt/pants/shorts according to weather), socks, fitted sheet for cot, and underwear.
All tuition payments are due on Monday or the first day of attendance for that week. If payment is not received within 1 week, we reserved the right to fill your child's slot. Although we do recognize reserved holidays, we still require full tuition payments for those weeks. If tuition payments are not received on Monday of the first day of attendance, you will assess a late fee of $5.00 per day.
