I was having some difficulty with my Outlook email account and have been a satisfied customer of PJ Networks for several years. I stopped by unannounced without an appointment and a fabulous technical assisted me - Will T. He was so very adept and customer-service focused. He went above and beyond with helping me. Have dealt with PJ's many times over the years with both difficult and easy computer problems. These guys were always upfront and fair with diagnosis and prices. Many times what I thought would be difficult and expensive ended up being a quick fix and a very fair price! They are always quick to diagnose and call you with estimate. Glad we have this service in our community here in Ruckersville.

On my first visit to PJ Networks shop in Ruckersville to have them look at my ailing laptop, I was given no-nonsense, common sense advice: Time to replace. In a couple of days, I brought my new laptop in for Will to clone, and within two days, it was ready to go exactly as I wanted it set up. I cannot say enough about the great service I received. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable, timely and very reasonable.

The guys get things done. The staff relies on each other for details, corrective actions, and reach back to the "old timers" who know the history and evolution of computer technology. The diagnostic fees can usually be applied to work. Sometimes the work takes a few days. They have computer accessories to complement your corrective work, and advice for building up your own home system. Thank you.

During a brief visit to Charlottesville, I took my son's Toshiba laptop to PJ Networks for service. It would not connect to the Internet. The team worked very diligently to find the problem(s), eventually finding three trojans. They got rid of these and upgraded Windows 10--still no Internet. I had to leave town the next day. Bob Yoh, the store manager, said he would not charge me anything since they had not solved my problem, this despite all the time their team spent on the computer! I had an issue with my main home gaming and server PC. After spending a few days troubleshooting and buying parts to figure it out I finally decided to get a professional opinion. I took it in today and heard back them TODAY, picked up my LARGE computer TODAY, and found all the parts wrapped in anti static bags neatly packaged to make my time easier when I finally order the part to replace the broken one. I ordered a new computer for our company. When I received it, we discovered IT had not included one of the connections. I called all the box stores, and none of them had it. I was told it was more of a "specialty cord" and I would need to order it. I did, it was going to take almost 2 weeks. A vendor came in and told me to call PJ Networks. I reached Devin. The office in Ruckersville is for basic home computer repair. The Charlottesville office is home base for the remote business and network technicians.
