My family and I were desperate to move from Hartford, to enterprise. The school/work commute was too much. We worked with Tracy and within two days we were renting a uhaul. She found us a beautiful, clean and spacious townhouse within our price range right away. She worked with us and made things happen. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

So I wrote a great review for this company but was premature in doing so. I had agreed with a local approved cleaning company (one of Prestige’s approve vendors) to clean the townhome for a said amount as I was a very clean tenant and did not use a large portion of the property. Shortly after I turned in my keys I got a message from the cleaning company that I was going to be charged $225 more for cleaning because of “pet hair”. If you are looking to rent in the Enterprise area (especially you military guys and gals) you need to check these guys out!! If they have what you are looking for then look no further!! I have rented from them for 2 years, been renting for the last 18 years and will say this... NOBODY has ever been as responsive, professional and courteous as Prestige! Every single issue I had they addressed it immediately! Even when it wasn't an emergency. Great company, great people!! I have no doubt their real estate sales are the same!! Critical: Professionalism
This management company was great until it came time to move out. Even though we cleaned all day and the townhome was in the same condition as when we moved in, they took OUR security deposit to bring in a professional cleaner and a carpet cleaner. So we only got half our deposit back.

**Other than timely move in date. Just because they said they will do something before move in day, DOES NOT mean that they will. While staying no problems on move out they ask for fees that were not included in contract or any paperwork i signed off on. If you move in make sure whatever paperwork you fill out ESPECIALLY MOVE IN CHECK LIST, make sure you turn in the same day of move in as well get it notarized. They are all about money. I was warned beforehand with other ppl who were military personnel that moved in previously. They will more than likely take the majority of your security deposit

Had the absolute displeasure of talking to their property manager Tracy, who absolutely turned me off from wanting to do business with the entire company. As back story; I made it clear I was a first time renter and was already uncomfortable with the process, in response to which I was just pressured further to place a non-refundable security deposit on a place sight unseen (in person). - While all the pictures on their website are awful.
Shout to Daliyah, who on the other hand seems to be an excellent rep. and a delight to communicate with, since she actually tried to help me out.

We were very pleased with our recent experience. Tracey is awesome!! She has been responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the process. I would immediately refer anyone to Prestige Homes. She's help my mom in these stressful times. Some of my other family's planning on moving to the wonderful Enterprise area and will all be using Prestige for their rental needs.

I have been doing business with Prestige property management since 2010. I rented from them first then bought my first house through them. I have had many property managers through the years. My current property manager Tracey R. Has been great. She has communicated with me plainly and honestly. I gave 4 stars due to many property managers. But, not less because I understand the market changes and it is a military town so there is a lot of turnover. Thank you to the entire Prestige Home management team.

Overall, we had a better experience than other people in these reviews. We received our full deposit back plus a return of overpayment on the last month of rent. We were not charged or blamed for any damage caused by previous tenants, and there was a good bit.

Enterprise is getting older and more run down. That's just the type of housing you are likely to find around here. At one point, someone came over to our home and asked what we paid a month. He was shocked because of the state of the house and said we were overpaying for its condition. We did have

We recently rented a house with Prestige Homes and so far, they have been very efficient.
The girls at the reception are very friendly and helpful, as well as the person responsible for the rent, Ms. Tracey, who is providing us a very good service.
Upon entering the property, we identified some improvements to be made and reported the problems to Ms. Tracey, which promptly sent the service companies to take care of the issues that were approved for repair by the landlord.
There are still cosmetics issues throughout the property, but besides that, so far, we have no complaints about Prestige
