I am a 14 year Realtor and have used Mr. Olson's services several times in situation ranging from boundary line adjustments to seller financed sales of homes. Gary is knowledgeable and professional and I am referring him to my clients today. I have found his rates and billing to be on par with the rest of his profession. This is a good attorney.

I thought I was going to get some good advice. The initial conference fee was reasonable. But the next month I received a second billing for 1 1/2 times the initial fee. I had not seen him after the first visit and he said it was for reading documents. I asked him for notes and he said he had none. I reluctantly paid but felt I was ripped off. Why would a lawyer read a document and not take any notes? So basically I got nothing from him and he would not share any specific details on my case but just give me a vague response that there was a lot to change on the documents I took to him. I think
